Motion Asia Pacific Pty is seeking an experienced Category Manager for Pumps & Seals to lead the APAC strategy, drive growth and strengthen supplier partnerships. You will collaborate with sales, engineering and marketing to expand the category and deliver value across the region.

Your remit includes category leadership, pricing initiatives and market development, with travel to client sites as required to support strategic objectives and regional expansion.

Qualifications

• Extensive industry experience in pumps, seals or rotating equipment and knowledge of customer applications.
• Demonstrated category leadership with oversight of product range, pricing and supplier performance.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth, margin improvement and market-share gains.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute APAC Pumps & Seals category strategy to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead supplier negotiations, trading agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Develop regional sales plans and identify new products and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain and marketing to improve inventory and customer outcomes.
• Lead product and business development teams through coaching and field support.
