Motion Asia Pacific Pty is seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead the Pumps & Seals portfolio across Asia Pacific. You will drive strategy, supplier partnerships, and regional growth in collaboration with sales, engineering, and marketing teams.

The role combines commercial leadership with technical expertise to expand Motion's market presence and strengthen its position as a leading industrial distributor in the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Extensive pumps and seals industry knowledge with understanding of customer applications.
• Proven track record leading category strategy, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Demonstrated ability to grow sales, margins and market share in APAC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the APAC Pumps & Seals strategy to drive sales and profitability.
• Manage product range, pricing, promotions and margin performance for the portfolio.
• Lead supplier negotiations, trading agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Create regional sales plans and identify new products and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain and marketing to optimize inventory and growth.
• Lead product and business development teams with coaching and field support.
