Zusammenfassung

Corpay is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Project Manager to join our team in Melbourne. You will own projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating across Sales, Dealing, Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Risk and Compliance to drive business outcomes and improve processes.

Occasional international travel to Europe and North America may be required to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience managing projects from initiation through to implementation and delivery.
• Strong capability in project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, reporting and delivery governance.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools and delivery frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of projects from initiation through to delivery with clear objectives and strong execution across the business.
• Lead projects across the APAC region, managing scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, track progress and proactively manage risks, issues and competing priorities.
• Coordinate resources across business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive implementation, testing, change readiness and post-project reviews.
• Partner with multiple functions to align project outcomes with business priorities and communicate updates to senior leadership.
