Job summary

Corpay seeks a Senior FX Specialist to shape APAC New Business FX strategies, analysing client exposures and structuring hedging solutions using forwards, options and derivatives. You will partner with Sales, Dealing and Risk to drive revenue growth while ensuring governance and risk controls.

With 8+ years in FX, you will lead initiatives, mentor teams and translate complex requirements into executable, commercially viable structures for corporate clients across APAC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in the FX industry with deep product knowledge.
• Strong understanding of FX pricing, forwards, options and derivatives.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop capability across teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client currency exposures and develop tailored FX hedging strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Dealing and Risk to support pricing, execution and negotiations.
• Lead capability building and share FX knowledge across the APAC New Business team.
• Ensure compliance with risk, governance and regulatory frameworks.
