Job summary

Vantage Data Centers Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Program Director to lead the front-end development lifecycle of new data center opportunities across APAC. You will coordinate due diligence, governance, and investment approvals to maximize site conversion and ensure alignment with growth objectives.

The role requires cross-functional leadership across engineering, operations, finance, legal, and commercial teams, with accountability for risk management and strategic investment decisions

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex development, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced environments.
• Experience in APAC markets is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC Investment Council process, providing transparency across the regional development pipeline.
• Coordinate due diligence, risk management, and investment approvals to improve site conversion.
• Provide executive-level guidance on projects, budgets, schedules and governance across APAC.

Education

Degree in Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, Business, or related field
