P&C Partners Pty Ltd seeks a Senior Finance Business Partner to lead the finance partnership for APAC operations. You will own the numbers behind operations and identify where you can move the key operational metrics.

The role offers regional exposure across Australia, New Zealand, China and Southeast Asia, with travel and a pivotal impact on decision making. You will partner with operations leadership, build capital expenditure processes from scratch, and drive working capital and reporting

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in accounting/finance with professional designation (CA/CPA preferred).
• Solid grounding in cost accounting, standard costing, fixed vs variable costs, and inventory implications.
• Proven business partnering experience with non-finance stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong financial modelling skills and ability to explain the results clearly.
• Experience building structure and processes where none existed.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with APAC operations leaders to translate cost and margin into actionable insights.
• Build a formal capital expenditure process from business case to review and tracking.
• Lead financial thinking on make vs buy, footprint and labour optimisation.”
• Drive working capital improvements, with a focus on inventory.
• Develop a consistent operational reporting framework across APAC and contribute to regional BI projects.
• Conduct performance reviews with management and feed into budgets, forecasts and long-term plans.
