The Client in Australia seeks an experienced Head of Finance Business Partnering to lead a national team of three Finance Business Partners, providing strategic commercial finance support to production and commercial teams across projects.

You will oversee project financial performance, forecasting, cash flow and working capital, while driving governance and system improvements with Jobpac and Payapps. Strong leadership and CA/CPA credentials are essential.

Formación

CA/CPA qualification.
Experience leading a finance team.
Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience.
Construction or project-based industry experience.
Knowledge of Jobpac and Payapps preferred.

Responsabilidades

Lead, mentor and develop a national team of three Finance Business Partners.
Provide strategic commercial finance support to senior operational and project stakeholders.
Oversee project financial performance, cost reporting and forecasting.
Monitor WIH (Work in Hand), project margins and financial risks.
Oversee monthly production reporting and financial performance reviews.
Drive improvements across project cash flow and working capital.
Monitor debtor balances, progress claims, client security and outstanding invoices.
Partner with Production, Commercial, Estimating, Payroll and Procurement teams.
Ensure consistent financial controls, reporting processes and governance nationally.
Drive systems capability, training and process improvements across Jobpac and Payapps.
Identify commercial risks and opportunities, providing practical financial advice to the wider business.
