Job summary

MPAU Finance, a global manufacturing group, seeks a commercially focused Senior Finance Manager to partner with senior leaders, drive financial performance, and lead a high‑performing finance team across ANZ. You will own FP&A processes, ensure robust controls, and deliver insightful analysis to influence strategic decisions.

The role demands a CPA/CA with senior leadership experience, familiarity with US-listed environments, and strong SAP S/4HANA and Excel capabilities.

Qualifications

• CPA or CA qualification with a degree in Finance/Accounting/Business.
• Proven experience in senior finance leadership or commercial business partnering.
• Experience within a US-listed organisation; manufacturing or supply chain exposure is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic decision‑making.
• Own the delivery of financial targets through planning, forecasting and risk management.
• Lead P&L management across multiple business units, providing insight and challenge around key performance drivers.
• Support the annual operating plan, budgeting processes and monthly forecasting activities.
• Influence key business decisions through detailed financial analysis and commercial insights.
• Drive accountability across the business for revenue, profitability and cost management outcomes.
• Develop and enhance financial reporting capabilities to improve visibility and decision‑making.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing finance team.
• Ensure robust internal controls and SOX compliance while supporting internal and external audit requirements.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Experience within manufacturing or supply chain environments will be highly regarded.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP S/4HANA
