Job summary

HelloFresh Australia in Sydney is seeking an Associate Director of IT Operations to lead the APAC IT team from a traditional service desk to a globally integrated operations hub. The role oversees HelloConnect Philippines, YouFoodz, BeCool Logistics, and HelloFresh ANZ.

You will align regional IT strategy with global leadership, drive asynchronous collaboration, and champion AI-enabled workflows while steering vendor negotiations and governance across APAC.

Qualifications

• Senior IT leadership experience in APAC region.
• Proven ability to drive IT operations from service desk to integrated hub.
• Experience with multi-site and cross-border teams.

Responsibilities

• Define & Own Regional Strategy across APAC.
• Lead asynchronous, time-zone-agnostic execution across Australia, NZ and the Philippines.
• Evolve regional operations from service desk to IT Operations framework.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to translate tech trade-offs into business decisions.
• Drive SLAs, compliance & audits, with governance across regions.
• Champion AI-driven workflows and AI adoption within the team.
• Optimize finance through smart vendor negotiations and tooling consolidation.
• Manage multi-country IT strategy and service delivery across APAC.
