Job summary

Swatch Australia is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Customer Care Coordinator to support our Retail, Ecommerce and Wholesale channels across Australia and New Zealand. This role blends inventory management, customer care, Ecommerce operations and Wholesale support, working with local teams and Swatch HQ in Switzerland.

Responsibilities include managing Swatch and Flik Flak stock, coordinating orders, launches and stock availability, and delivering exceptional support to customers by phone

Qualifications

• Organised and commercially minded with attention to detail.
• Experience in business, sales analysis, retail or customer service (1–2 years).
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
• Advantageous: tertiary business qualification and SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Swatch and Flik Flak inventory across Retail, Ecommerce, Wholesale and Logistics.
• Coordinate stock orders, replenishment, allocations and store transfers.
• Support new product launches, product setup, pricing and stock availability.
• Monitor best sellers, slow-moving and discontinued inventory and recommend actions.
• Deliver customer care to Australian and New Zealand customers via phone and email.
• Manage returns, warranties, replacements and accessory requests.
• Support Ecommerce operations, including backorders and delivery queries.
• Manage product range for Wholesale distribution.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail orientated and customer-focused Inventory & Customer Care Coordinator to support our Retail, Ecommerce and Wholesale channels across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a varied role combining inventory management, customer care, Ecommerce operations and Wholesale support, working closely with our local teams and Swatch HQ in Switzerland.

• Manage Swatch and Flik Flak inventory across Retail, Ecommerce, Wholesale and Logistics
• Coordinate stock orders, replenishment, allocations and store transfers
• Support new product launches, product setup, pricing and stock availability
• Monitor best sellers, slow-moving and discontinued inventory and recommend actions
• Deliver exceptional customer care to Australian and New Zealand customers via phone and email
• Manage customer returns, warranties, replacements and accessory requests
• Support Ecommerce operations, including backorders, personalised orders and delivery queries
• Manage the Swatch and Flik Flak product range for our Wholesale distribution
  
  
  

About You

You are organised, commercially minded and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent attention to detail and enjoy taking ownership of your work while working collaboratively with others.

• 1–2 years' experience in business, sales analysis, retail, customer service
• Advanced Excel and general computer skills, with SAP experience highly regarded
• Excellent organisation, communication and time-management skills
• Strong numerical and analytical ability
• A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
• The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
• A tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline is advantageous
