Corpay Cross-Border seeks an experienced Regulatory Compliance Officer to support and strengthen regulatory frameworks across APAC, focusing on ASIC and MAS requirements for cross-border payments, FX, and client money handling. Qualifications

• 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience within cross-border payments, FX/derivatives, fintech or non-bank financial institutions, or banks with international payments exposure.
• Demonstrated ability translating regulatory obligations into operational frameworks and providing regulatory advice to multiple teams.
• Experience engaging with regulators or responding to regulatory reviews and strong policy writing skills.
• Professional qualifications (e.g., CAMS, law degree, compliance certification) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Advisory & Interpretation: Act as SME on MAS and ASIC requirements; draft gap analyses and implementation plans.
• Regulatory Framework & Governance: Maintain and update compliance frameworks; ensure accuracy of regulatory obligations registers; support senior management reporting.
• Product & Change Advisory: Review product proposals for licensing perimeter and conduct; assess client classification and disclosure implications.
• Regulatory Engagement: Support interactions with MAS and ASIC; assist in regulatory submissions and breach notifications; monitor enforcement trends.
• Monitoring & Assurance: Design or enhance monitoring programs; conduct second-line reviews and thematic testing; identify remediation actions.
