Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Global People Services - APAC Team Lead in Brisbane to lead a regional HR services team. You will manage Workday HR processes, guide team development, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT to resolve issues and improve the employee experience.

You will oversee data accuracy, reporting, and continuous process improvements across multiple time zones, while fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a process-oriented HR role.
• Experience with HR operations and People Experience processes.
• Strong stakeholder communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of regional Global People Services team.
• Provide guidance, coaching and feedback to team members.
• Oversee data accuracy across HR and payroll systems; deliver reports and analytics.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and Workday teams to drive improvements.
• Ensure coverage across extended global time zones and maintain service levels.
