Job summary

Bradken Ltd. is seeking a regional HR Services leader based in Australia to oversee payroll, benefits and employee administration across 12 countries.

You will lead a geographically dispersed team in Australia, India, China and Malaysia and partner with Finance, P&C and external providers to ensure compliant service delivery. The role requires a track record in payroll operations, cross-country leadership and a pragmatic, data-driven approach to improve processes within a fast-moving resources

Qualifications

• 7+ years in payroll, HR Operations or HR Services including multi-country payroll
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams through change
• Regional mindset with ability to learn beyond current scope
• Adaptable, collaborative leadership with openness to feedback
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience with payroll governance, compliance and risk management
• Payroll technology experience (ADP required) and MS 365 proficiency

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically dispersed HR Services team across locations
• Oversee multi-country payroll, benefits and administration with accurate, compliant delivery
• Translate global priorities into regional plans responsive to local needs
• Strengthen payroll governance, controls, audit management and risk
• Lead process improvement, standardisation, automation and systems initiatives
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Finance and external providers
• Use data and service metrics to monitor performance and guide decisions
