Job summary

Optiver is seeking a Finance Systems professional based in Sydney to own the APAC finance platform estate, including NetSuite, Kyriba, Coupa, OneStream and Concur. You will run the regional support queue, trace issues across systems, and collaborate with teams in Amsterdam and Chicago to keep platforms consistent globally.

The role starts in support and grows into strategic work as automation and AI reduce repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite and L1/L2 application support.
• Ability to trace transactions across systems and investigate issues.
• Hands-on with an integration platform (Workato) is a strong plus.
• Familiar with SQL/SuiteQL and optional Python scripting.
• Experience in a global, English-speaking environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for Finance Systems and own the regional support queue.
• Maintain operational reliability of NetSuite, Kyriba, Coupa, OneStream, and Concur.
• Identify repetitive work and help automate it with process improvements and AI tooling.
• Monitor integrations between finance systems and banks; diagnose and resolve issues.
• Coordinate regional testing and rollout for global finance projects in APAC.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, knowledge bases, and handover materials.
