Optiver in Sydney is seeking a Finance Systems Support professional to own the APAC regional estate of NetSuite, Kyriba, Coupa, OneStream and Concur. You will manage the regional queue, diagnose issues across platforms, and work with Amsterdam and Chicago teams to ensure global consistency.

The role starts in support with a clear path to more strategic work as automation reduces manual workload. Strong scripting and integration experience are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with finance systems and L1/L2 support.
• Ability to trace transactions across systems and read logs and APIs.
• Exposure to integration platforms (Workato preferred).

Aufgaben

• Provide L1/L2 support for Finance Systems and own the regional support queue with triage, incident management and SLA tracking.
• Maintain reliability of NetSuite, Kyriba, Coupa, OneStream and Concur across APAC regions.
• Identify repetitive work and help automate via process improvements and AI-assisted tooling.
• Monitor integrations between finance systems and banks; diagnose failures end-to-end and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate regional testing and rollout for global finance projects in APAC.
