Job summary

Whitecollars is seeking a Director of EVMS Delivery, APAC, to lead regional service delivery and growth. You will shape multi-year strategy, collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, and own governance and delivery quality that drives client outcomes and sustainable revenue in the APAC region.

The role emphasizes strategic problem-solving, customer leadership, and a mix of software, advisory, and managed services to improve fleet electrification execution and value

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in management consulting, professional services, or complex solution delivery, including leadership of customer-facing teams.
• Experience developing and launching new products or solutions in corporate, consulting, or startup environments.
• Strong background in sustainability, decarbonisation, or future mobility trends.

Responsibilities

• Shape 1- and 3-year EVMS APAC direction with Global Head of EVMS.
• Develop regional service portfolio, delivery model, and market positioning.
• Lead cross-functional regional work with Sales, Advisory, Product, Engineering & Customer Success.
• Own APAC EVMS delivery PMO performance from handover to delivery and improvement.
• Identify opportunities for regional expansion with realistic scope and risks.
