Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Workforce Planner–Design & Engineering APAC to drive frontline workforce planning and deployment across Australia. You will support sector leaders, manage demand, maintain 12-week forecasts and provide decision-ready insights from dashboards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with pursuit leaders, project managers and talent acquisition partners to optimize billability and resource use in a dynamic, cross-border APAC environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resource planning or deployment coordination.
• Deep understanding of workforce analytics and forecasting.
• Strong collaboration with team managers and project leads.

Responsibilities

• Drive workforce planning from front lines, supporting pursuits and projects.
• Manage 12-week look ahead for team managers.
• Engage with stakeholders to provide dashboards and insights for decisions.
• Identify recruitment needs and mobilize talent across Australia.
• Build strong networks with Design & Engineering teams in APAC.
