Job summary

Arcadis is the world’s leading design, engineering and consultancy firm. We are seeking a Workforce Planner Design & Engineering APAC to drive workforce planning from the front lines in Australia and support pursuits and projects with talent deployment.

This role will work with Sector and Service leaders and GEC contributions, ensuring data quality and strong on‑ground networks. In this role you will engage managers, optimize demand, and maintain the 12‑week look ahead while coordinating

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning and deployment coordination within professional services.
• Analytical mindset with ability to forecast demand and billability.
• Strong collaboration with team managers and project leaders.
• Knowledge of employment law relevant to workforce planning.
• Experience with WFP tags and related systems is a plus.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Engage regularly with team managers in Australia to maximize billability and forecast reliability.
• Own the 12-week look ahead for teams within remit.
• Identify recruitment needs and coordinate with Talent Acquisition.
• Support mobilization and redeployment of talent to projects.
• Develop strong networks and document information in the system.
• Provide dashboards insights to stakeholders for informed decisions.
