Job summary

Arcadis in Australia seeks a Country Workplace Operations Manager to deliver best-in-class user experiences across all properties. You will lead internal teams and manage outsourced suppliers, ensuring audits, safety, sustainability and compliant standards are met.

You will interface with country directors and global teams, drive continuous improvement, and oversee budget setting, cost approval and reforecasting to maintain value and efficiency across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Significant experience of FM/Workplace or similar, multi-site environments.
• Experience leading an outsourced Workplace service model.
• Sound knowledge of CAFM systems used in the delivery of Workplace services.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team members and contractors delivering the Workplace service to all properties within remit.
• Accountable for compliance with legislation, codes of practice and Arcadis standards; manage audits, HSE responsibilities and reporting.
• Escalation point for country-related Workplace issues and resolution.
• Engage with Work Councils and Unions on Arcadis workplace matters.
• Advise and guide Arcadis in all FM and Workplace matters for the country.
• Manage supply chain to deliver consistent service, value for money and continual improvement.
• Oversee financial management and reporting of the country Workplace budget.
