Job summary

JLL is seeking an Operations & Marketing Manager for the APAC Data Centre, Capital Markets team in Sydney. You will drive executive support, strategic operations, and marketing activities across the region. You will own Salesforce data integrity, support reporting, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align with business goals.

The role emphasizes process excellence, stakeholder management, and delivering efficient operations in a fast-paced environment at JLL's premium Sydney offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, executive support or business support roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent organisational and project management with tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
• Proactive, efficient and able to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive assistance: calendar, travel, diary management for senior leadership.
• Support internal reporting and timely business updates.
• Coordinate strategic plans and maintain internal procedures aligned with Capital Markets.
• Own data integrity in Salesforce, client/deal records for reporting.
• Plan and manage marketing initiatives and events to boost market presence.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and foster a collaborative culture.
