Job summary

Anthropic seeks a Regional Manager APAC, Data Center Capacity Delivery in Sydney to lead the regional delivery of data center projects, partnering with developers, owners and third-party teams. You will drive multi-site execution, set standards, and own outcomes with executive-level accountability.

You will build and lead a team of Senior Delivery Managers, coordinate with transaction, design engineering, and operations teams, and ensure fast, safe floor access across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering data center or mission-critical construction projects.
• Have led a multi-project portfolio and built the team delivering it.
• End-to-end development process knowledge: entitlements, permitting, design, long-lead equipment, construction, commissioning, handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape region-wide delivery across active and upcoming projects.
• Hire, develop, and empower Senior Delivery Managers and partners.
• Own portfolio execution: schedule, quality, safety across projects.
• Set and enforce delivery standards and governance across the portfolio.
• Manage owner’s-rep and project-management partners; adjust contracts or culture to speed.
• Be on-site to influence culture and outcomes.
