Job summary

Amazon Corporate Services Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to lead complex contract negotiations and vendor relationships for AWS datacenter expansion projects. You will collaborate across finance, legal, and operations to ensure timely contract execution and optimal cost management.

The role involves cross-functional teamwork with internal stakeholders, strategy development, and continuous improvement of contracting processes to support rapid, cost-efficient growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships
• 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
• 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience

Responsibilities

• Provide extensive support for datacenter expansion activities including budget analysis and contract administration from deal inception to closure.
• Manage infrastructure transactions: validate inputs, engage vendors, build business cases for leadership approval, drive contract execution with Legal partners.
• Assist with site selection process, strategy development, financial analysis, and approval for new AWS datacenter sites.
• Support supply plans, strategy documents, account reviews, research requests, and stakeholder management.
• Develop and oversee Master Service Agreements, Master Work Orders, Service Orders and contract amendments.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and provide status updates on contract executions.
