Job summary

The role requires building global procurement processes and tools, analyzing market trends, and delivering supplier performance improvements. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, contract management, operational and financial analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field
• Experience in a procurement organization performing vendor management, contract management, negotiating complex purchases, and bidding
• Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization, including coaching of junior staff
• Experience in construction procurement or quantity surveying or construction contracts management

• Manage procurement category Strategy and Delivery for Construction projects
• Construction material supply chain sourcing and program management
• Achieve cost savings through negotiations, value engineering, and strategic initiatives
• Analyze category data to establish and implement procurement category strategies
• Lead supplier performance reviews and strengthen business partnerships
• Develop supplier scorecards to measure performance
• Travel up to 25% as required
