Qualifications

• Experience in construction of data center delivery (design, commissioning and construction) or equivalent industrial facilities.
• 10+ years of construction or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Structural, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, on time Data Centers for our customers.
• Lead group within internal and external teams and mentor team members.
• Project management and oversight of construction related activities campus builds; ownership of scope, timeline, and budget.
• Drive costs down and shorten schedules while maintaining quality.
• Provide Construction Management for initiatives aimed at increasing resiliency of data centers.
• Review constructability of electrical and mechanical systems and building designs for new or optimized data centers.
• Create project scope and equipment requirements, assist with RFPs and capital requests.
• Oversee commissioning and integrated system testing and project execution.
• Manage RFIs and coordinate construction administration with engineers.
• Record and report key metrics to project teams and management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
