Amazon is seeking an Expansion Transaction Manager for the APAC Data Center Supply Solutions team to procure datacenter capacity, support long-term scaling of AWS infrastructure regions, and manage critical infrastructure agreements. You will collaborate with teams across AWS to drive deal flow from inception to contract execution.

• Owns contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.
• 3+ years in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
• 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide governance for datacenter expansion activities including budget approval and documentation from deal inception to closure.
• Manage infrastructure transactions: validate inputs, engage vendors, prepare business cases, drive contract execution with Legal.
• Assist with site selection, strategy development, financial analysis, and approvals for new AWS datacenter sites.
• Support supply plans, stakeholder communications, and account reviews.
• Develop and oversee Master Service Agreements and related documents.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and provide status updates on contract executions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across AWS to deliver projects on time and within terms.
• Manage operating expenses, budgets with finance, vendor payments, and account escalations.
• Ensure data integrity in supply planning and procurement systems.
• Support continuous process improvement for efficiency and value.
