Job summary

ServiceNow in Sydney, Australia seeks a senior cybersecurity executive to lead governance, risk and AI governance initiatives across our AI Control Tower and security platforms. You will engage with CROs, CISOs, CEOs and board members to articulate how breakthrough risk outcomes are achieved and shape enterprise security strategy.

The role requires C‑suite advisory experience, deep SOC 2/ISO 27001/NIST knowledge, and a proven record of large SaaS/PaaS security transformations.

Qualifications

• C-suite or VP-level senior cybersecurity/governance experience.
• 15+ years in senior leadership roles in cybersecurity/risk/governance transformations.
• Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST).
• Experience with SaaS/PaaS risk and governance transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, risk and AI governance initiatives across ServiceNow platforms.
• Engage with CROs, CISOs, CEOs and boards to articulate risk outcomes and shape strategy.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Strategy teams to build GTM around risk and governance.
• Develop credible governance and risk thought leadership for strategic clients.
• Support executive-level field marketing activities focused on Board risk conversations.
