Job summary

Talon.One in Australia is hiring a Customer Success Manager for the APAC region. You will build strong customer relationships, drive product adoption, and translate insights into actions for Sales, Marketing, and Product. Remote role based in Australia with cross-functional collaboration.

You will interface with customers to align marketing goals with our API-focused platform, troubleshoot with the tech team, and design scalable success processes. Strong communication in English is essential.

Qualifications

Passion for tech and experience with SaaS products and APIs.
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing role.
Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers to understand goals and drive adoption.
Connect marketing objectives with our API-driven product and explain configuration steps.
Collaborate with operations and development teams to troubleshoot issues.
Communicate effectively across roles, document customer information, and share insights.
Drive retention and growth, handle upsell and renewal conversations.
Prepare and deliver strategic business value to customers daily.
