Job summary

Workday is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with APAC clients, ensuring they realize value from Paradox solutions within the Workday ecosystem. You’ll guide adoption, craft success plans, and run quarterly business reviews to maximize retention and expansion across frontline and corporate hiring customers.

Responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for Paradox clients in APAC, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and translating client needs into product

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in client success, customer service or account management.
• Technical understanding of HR technology ecosystems, including ATS, CRM, HCM, and other related technologies.
• Escalation management and adoption planning experience preferred.
• Proven track record to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers especially at the executive level.
• Comfortable working remotely with a cross-functional team and clients across different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary contact for Paradox clients in APAC, guiding them toward their business goals and ensuring they get maximum value from our solutions.
• Delivering exceptional service throughout the client journey and supporting adoption of our solution features and functionality aligned to business needs.
• Developing success plans for customers outlining critical success factors, metrics, and recommendations.
• Leading Quarterly Business Reviews to monitor client success and product adoption while uncovering new insights.
• Providing deep product expertise and collaborating with distributed teams to drive improvements and new solutions.
