Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Director, Technical Delivery – APAC to lead technical delivery for hyperscale data center projects across the Asia Pacific region. Reporting to the VP, Project Delivery APAC, you will ensure the implementation and delivery of all MEP services in line with Vantage standards and strategic goals.

You will collaborate with Project Directors, develop delivery strategies, manage performance, and drive safety, governance, and operational readiness across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 12–18+ years of experience in complex infrastructure or mission‑critical project delivery.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale, multi‑site project portfolios.
• Deep understanding of CSA and MEP systems.
• Experience with Tier 1 contractors and consultants across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Align and assist with technical delivery outcomes across multiple APAC projects.
• Establish regional delivery strategies and governance frameworks with regional VP.
• Assist in technical contractor and consultant performance management across projects.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Development, D&E, Construction, Procurement and Operations.
• Champion safety, compliance, and operational readiness.
• Provide project level reporting and influence project leadership decision‑making.
• Build and develop high-performing regional delivery teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization across APAC.
