Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in industrial or commercial engineering for mission-critical facilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of critical data centre mechanical and electrical equipment.
• 6+ years of project management experience including RFQ/RFP processes and budgets.
• Experience in data centres or similar facilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers through all phases of data centre design.
• Owning end-to-end design direction for power, cooling, controls, security, and structural systems.
• Establishing regional design standards and design quality frameworks for APAC projects.
• Leading design reviews from schematic through construction documentation.
• Driving design innovation, automation, and tooling to reduce cycle time.
• Tracking design KPIs and integrating feedback from construction and commissioning.
• Interfacing with regulators and government agencies to obtain permits.
• Managing design budgets and partnering with finance and internal customers.
• Driving permit approvals with AHJ and regulators.
