Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Client Onboarding Manager in Sydney to lead onboarding and integration for new APAC clients, with a focus on fund services, corporate services and compliance solutions. The role involves high client interaction across Service Delivery, Technology, Sales and Legal, and requires strong communication and project management skills.

Less experienced candidates may be considered for Assistant Onboarding Manager.

Qualifications

• Basic level knowledge of fund services industry including corporate solutions and fund structures.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and integrate new business clients in APAC, focusing on fund services, corporate services and compliance solutions.
• Coordinate internal functions (Service Delivery, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Technology) to project‑lead launches and transitions.
• Provide regular onboarding status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Host regular project calls and maintain project plans to track progress.
• Collaborate with Regional Head of Onboarding to provide updates on integration projects and develop best practices.
