Job summary

hipages, Australia’s #1 digital platform for home improvement, is seeking a Senior Security leader. You’ll own security strategy, governance and operations end-to-end, presenting posture and risk to the Audit & Risk Committee and guiding the platform through an AI-accelerated transformation.

You’ll lead a small, high-calibre team, oversee cloud/endpoint security, identity, IAM hygiene and incident response, and drive external audits with Legal and partners.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in security leadership or senior roles within governance-heavy environments.
• Ability to translate posture into risk language for boards and directors.
• Strong command of cloud security (AWS) and modern control stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own cyber security strategy and roadmap aligned to industry frameworks.
• Lead security platform across cloud, endpoint, identity and network tools.
• Oversee incident response, vulnerability management and IAM hygiene.
• Set secure-by-default practices for AI-enabled engineering.
• Manage external IT audits and vendor due diligence.
