• Extensive experience leading Learning & Development, Training, or Capability functions in complex environments.
• Experience designing capability frameworks, competency models, and development pathways.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organisational change.
• Knowledge of governance, assurance, and verification in capability programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC training and capability strategy to align with business goals.
• Design and implement capability frameworks, models, and development pathways.
• Drive workforce capability uplift to improve operational performance.
• Establish governance and verification frameworks for risk & compliance.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and develop learning solutions.
• Ensure programs meet safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
