Job summary

Powerfleet APAC in Australia is seeking a hands-on BI leader to own business intelligence and management reporting across APAC. You will consolidate operational, commercial and financial data, build trusted performance views, and introduce AI-enabled insights.

You will lead and mentor a Data Analyst while partnering with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Success and Product. You will establish KPI definitions and reporting controls, automate recurring reports, improve

Qualifications

Hands-on SQL and data modelling across multiple systems.
Advanced Power BI capabilities with DAX and Power Query.
Experience building management reports, dashboards and KPIs.
Experience using AI tools to analyse data and automate reporting.
Commercial acumen with budgeting, forecasting or financial analysis.
Confident presenting to senior leaders and non-technical audiences.
Experience leading or mentoring analysts.
Experience in SaaS/IoT or multi-country reporting is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is desirable.

Responsibilities

Own and improve BI and reporting framework for APAC.
Deliver daily, weekly and monthly dashboards and scorecards for executives.
Consolidate data to create a trusted performance view across APAC.
Partner with Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Success and Product to define KPIs.
Identify trends and risks, presenting actionable recommendations.
Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning analysis.
Advance Power BI and AI-enabled reporting solutions.
Define controls and governance for data integrity.
Lead and coach the Data Analyst team.
Support business cases with commercial insight and modelling.
