Job summary

IMC in Sydney seeks an AP Officer to join our Finance team, working with the AP Supervisor to manage accounts payable, payments and settlements across multiple entities in APAC, with multi-currency payments in AUD, USD, HKD, KRW and JPY.

From day one you will own real outcomes in a lean team, focusing on AP automation via Workday and ensuring timely, accurate payments, intercompany settlements and daily cash movements.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in accounts payable or treasury operations.
• Experience in multi-entity environments and currency handling.
• Solid knowledge of tax invoice requirements and GST alignment.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices end-to-end in Workday and route for approval.
• Own the AP exception queue and resolve issues with budget owners.
• Handle cross-entity invoices and maintain supplier master data.
• Prepare weekly payment runs and daily settlements with supporting docs.
• Process intercompany settlements and funding across APAC entities.
• Support month-end close, GST treatment, and AP automation improvements.
