Job summary

Calvary Riverina Private Hospital in Wagga Wagga seeks an AOD Case Manager to support pregnant women or new mothers with substance use issues. The role involves risk assessment, care planning, and integrated service delivery within a multidisciplinary team.

You will travel across the Murrumbidgee Area Health and work Monday–Friday on a full-time basis, contributing to evidence-based interventions and harm reduction in the community.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications supporting case management and care coordination.
• AOD counselling and advocacy within a comprehensive case management framework.
• Knowledge of referral pathways and ability to network with service providers.
• Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
• Working with Children’s check.
