Chandler Macleod Group in Buderim seeks an AO6 Senior Communications Advisor for a 5-Year Assignment on a Hybrid basis. The role offers a rate of AU$79.18–AU$84.55 per hour plus Super, with a focus on delivering communications across major infrastructure projects that benefit the Sunshine Coast.

You will lead stakeholder engagement, provide strategic communications advice to delivery teams, build relationships across government, contractors and communities, and help manage issues and risk while

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, public relations or corporate affairs.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgement and experience managing sensitive issues and communications risks.
• Experience within infrastructure, construction, government or major project environments is valued.

We are seeking an AO6 Communications Advisor to join a high-performing communications and stakeholder engagement team supporting the delivery of significant infrastructure initiatives. This is an outstanding opportunity to secure a long-term contract while working on complex, high-profile projects that make a real difference to local communities.

The Opportunity

As the Communications Advisor, you will lead and coordinate communication and stakeholder engagement activities across major project portfolios. Working closely with project teams, contractors, government stakeholders and community representatives, you will help ensure clear, timely and effective communication throughout project delivery.
