Job summary

NetApp ANZ is seeking an Area SE Director to shape strategy and execute for the ANZ region. You will partner with executives to build a future-ready SE organization, aligning local priorities with GEO and NetApp strategy.

You will lead Solutions Engineering leaders, drive strategic opportunities, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture while aligning with global capabilities and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technical leadership in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or data management.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire leaders and teams.
• Experience partnering with senior sales leaders to drive revenue growth and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Solutions Engineering leaders and teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Drive opportunity stewardship and operational hygiene through SPARK and measurable business impact.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product Mgmt, Engineering, Marketing, and Services to maximize customer success.
• Act as executive escalation point for complex pre-sales technical challenges.
• Build a future-ready organisation through talent development and succession planning.
• Foster a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and inclusion.
