Job summary

NetApp ANZ invites an accomplished Area SE Director to lead Solutions Engineering, shaping strategy and driving consistent execution. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver customer outcomes, scale the SE organization, and align local actions with global GEO strategy.

You will shape talent development, drive transformation initiatives, and foster a high-performance culture while engaging with customers, partners, and industry events to advance NetApp’s position in ANZ.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive technical leadership within enterprise infrastructure, cloud, data management, storage or adjacent technology markets.
Proven ability to build, coach, and inspire high-performing leaders and teams with succession planning.
Experience partnering with senior sales leaders to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Experience leading complex organisational transformation while balancing near-term delivery with long-term capability building.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Solutions Engineering leaders and teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and achieve business targets.
Drive opportunity stewardship, pipeline influence, and measurable business impact through SPARK.
Collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Services to maximise customer success and solution adoption.
Act as executive escalation point for complex pre-sales technical challenges and strategic pursuits across segments.
