Job summary

NetApp Australia seeks an ANZ SE Director to shape strategy and drive execution across Solutions Engineering. You will partner with the ANZ VP, Geo SE Leader and fellow SE Directors to build a future-ready SE organisation and ensure alignment with GEO and NetApp priorities.

As a senior leader, you will develop talent, drive customer outcomes, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success and Partners to accelerate opportunities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technical leadership experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, data management, storage, or adjacent technology markets.
• Proven ability to build, coach, and inspire high-performing leaders with succession planning.
• Experience partnering with senior sales leaders to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Experience leading complex organisational transformation while balancing near-term delivery with long-term capability building.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, hybrid cloud, data management, cybersecurity, AI, and modern infrastructure technologies.
• Executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders, customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen connecting technology investments to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Solutions Engineering leaders and teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and drive business targets.
• Drive opportunity stewardship and operational hygiene through SPARK and measurable business impact.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Partner organisations.
