Job summary

Demant is seeking a hands-on property professional to support ANZ operations across leasing, contracts, utilities and documentation. You will assist with clinic fit-outs, refurbishments, and rebranding projects while keeping licences and compliance up to date.

You will coordinate with landlords, agents, solicitors and internal teams to ensure leases, renewals and terminations are handled efficiently, on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site property leases and renewals.
• Knowledge of commercial lease documentation and options.
• Ability to coordinate property projects and refurbishments.
• Strong budgets, invoicing, accruals, and Opex/Capex experience.
• Familiarity with property compliance and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ANZ property lease portfolio with landlords, agents, solicitors and others.
• Oversee monthly rent rolls, invoicing, accruals, budgets, and insurance.
• Maintain MRI ProLease Express and lease registers.
• Coordinate new sites, refurbishments, rebranding, relocations and closures.
• Manage facilities, contractors, tenders, SLAs, and service levels.
• Support lease negotiations, planning approvals and compliance obligations.
• Prepare lease docs, reports and performance updates.
