Job summary

Demant’s Australia property team seeks a proactive Lease Administration Manager for a permanent part-time job-share (5 days per fortnight). You will oversee end-to-end lease administration across Demant entities in the Asia Pacific region, handling documentation, renewals, options, and terminations, while coordinating internal/external stakeholders to achieve sound commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in property management or lease administration.
• Strong understanding of Retail Leases/Retail Tenancy legislation.
• Experience in data analysis and regular reporting.
• Contract development and management experience.
• Excellent communication with negotiation and influence.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate lease documentation with landlords and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate execution of lease documents and maintain lease files.
• Define lease parameters and provide clear communication through to finalisation.
• Manage property-related invoices and ensure accurate cost recognition.
• Maintain property information systems and deliver KPI reporting.
• Prepare final lease documents and summary for review/approval.
• Manage escalated landlord/facilities issues and ensure compliance.
