Under Armour is seeking an Integrated Business Planning Manager to own end-to-end demand planning and S&OP for Australia and New Zealand. You will translate commercial and financial targets into aligned channel, category and SKU forecasts, oversee national supply and inventory planning, and drive cross-functional actions across Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• Significant experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning or related cross-functional planning roles.
• Strong demand planning, S&OP, supply planning and inventory-management capability.
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• High attention to detail with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Continuous-improvement mindset to improve processes, reporting and planning discipline.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and data-analytics tools.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain top-down demand forecasts by channel aligned to targets and assumptions.
• Consolidate rolling demand plan and validate article setup, pricing, delivery dates, origin and FOB values.
• Track forecast accuracy and identify drivers of variance; analyze market trends for input to the demand plan.
• Lead cross-functional S&OP process and support decision-making with analysis and reporting.
• Identify risks and opportunities; develop gap-closure actions between demand plan and supply.
• Manage national supply planning to support customer order coverage and inventory productivity.
• Execute the regular buy process and validate order quantities and delivery dates.
• Review unforecasted orders and coordinate chase buys and marketing buys.
• Monitor inventory metrics and partner to improve productivity and reduce risks.
• Maintain Blue Yonder inputs and system parameters to support planning execution.
• Build bottom-up financial forecasts in Blue Yonder MFP aligned to quarterly targets.
• Prepare APAC demand and S&OP reporting and respond to regional data requests.
• Prepare monthly inventory reporting and presentation materials.
