Job summary

Ecolab is seeking an experienced ANZ Planning Manager to lead a team of planning leaders across Australia and New Zealand, overseeing demand, supply and production planning, inventory strategy and S&OP within a complex manufacturing and distribution network.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will drive continuous improvement, partner with senior stakeholders, and shape how planning supports the business, delivering improvements in service, efficiency and resilience.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading demand, supply and production planning in manufacturing.
• Experience managing planning teams across multiple sites or regions.
• Strong S&OP knowledge with track record of improving planning processes.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Experience using data and insights to support business decisions.
• Continuous improvement mindset and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning across demand, supply and production planning.
• Own and enhance ANZ S&OP process to improve alignment and decision making.
• Drive inventory optimisation and supply continuity strategies.
• Lead planning capability, process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, procurement, customer operations, sales and finance.
• Support proactive management of supply risks, capacity planning and business continuity.
• Build a collaborative, high performing planning team.
