Techtronic Industries Australia & New Zealand is seeking an ANZ New Product Execution Planner to join the Consumer Supply Chain Planning team. Reporting to the ANZ Supply Chain Planning Lead, you will coordinate planning for new product launches, transitions, and phase-outs across Australia and New Zealand.

You will partner with Product, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to ensure products are available when customers need them while minimising risk and inventory exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning or Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong prioritisation and time management for multiple workstreams.
• Analytical problem solving and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience facilitating meetings or projects.
• Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with BI, reporting tools and supply chain data.
• Comfort with AI and digital tools to boost productivity.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and facilitate planning for new product introductions across ANZ.
• Drive demand and supply planning for new, transitioning, and deletion products in a 12-month horizon.
• Identify and communicate supply chain risks through S&OP and S&OE forums.
• Partner with cross-functional project teams to embed planning requirements in launches.
• Maintain accurate supply chain master data for launches and transitions.
• Establish and manage inventory and safety stock settings.
• Ensure on-time availability of new products and target service levels.
• Support inventory reductions during product phase-outs.
