Job summary

Lendi Group, Australia’s leading digital mortgage platform, seeks a People Operations Specialist to provide expert HR advice, oversee employee relations, and enhance WHS practices within a fast-growing property-finance business. You’ll partner with finance, operations and compliance to drive remuneration and benefits initiatives and deliver timely HR insights across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of employment law in the APAC region.
• Strong HR Generalist working experience across the employee lifecycle in a growing and scaling businesses.
• Experience in managing annual remuneration and performance review processes, creating and maintaining fit for purpose remuneration frameworks, including collation and analysis of data.
• Strong change management and ER skills with the ability to problem solve combining a commercial, human, financial, and risk lens.
• Experience in a fast moving and complex organisation, especially where the HR function is still developing.
• Experience and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, agile, and fluid environment requiring you to synthesise lots of complex information and to come up with solutions with tangible impact
• Comfortable using AI tools
• Embeds and supports a collaborative, innovative and values-based culture
• Experience in partnering with operations, finance, legal & compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice to the business and oversee employee relations.
• Contribute to remuneration and benefits initiatives and salary benchmarking.
• Enhance WHS/OHS capabilities and policy training content.
• Drive HR-related projects including reporting and remuneration review processes.
• Design and implement people policies reflecting market best practice and legal requirements.
• Collaborate on monthly/quarterly reports and payroll integration with finance.
• Oversee core people data maintenance and HRIS implementation.
• Support the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding and retention.
