Scoping and managing multiple high-complexity projects end-to-end across expansion initiatives.
Leading change management within projects and ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
Leading project teams, attracting and developing talent to deliver strong performance.
Accountable for project budget, plan, schedule, and governance.
Securing alignment with global and country strategies and managing external relationships.
