You will drive complex initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring high standards of execution, cost-efficiency, and strong stakeholder engagement across commercial, digital, real estate, and construction domains.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track working on retail projects.
• Experience working in the retail sector will be highly regarded.
• Proven experience from senior leadership role(s).
• Experience within a global organisation, leading in complex business environments with both physical and digital operations and development.

Responsabilidades

• Scoping and managing multiple high-complexity projects end-to-end, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality, cost, risk, and reporting.
• Leading change management within projects across the organisation and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Leading project teams and building a competent, high-performing team, attracting, developing and retaining talent.
• Ensuring robust project fundamentals, governance, budgeting, and resource onboarding.
• Securing alignment with global and country strategies and managing interdependencies.
