Job summary

XPENG Motors Australia Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking an ANZ National Training Manager to support the dealer network and uphold XPENG's premium customer experience across ANZ through targeted training activities.

You will develop the national training strategy for Sales, Service and Parts, deliver programs in person or via approved partners, manage LMS and certification, and oversee budgets, KPIs, and course content to strengthen dealer capability.

Qualifications

• National Training Experience at another OEM / Auto Manufacturer.
• Technical Qualifications on Motor Vehicles.
• Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment.
• Experience running a Learning Management System.
• Experience in writing courses for both technical and front-end topics (sales etc).
• Demonstrated budget and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the national training strategy for dealer and customer touchpoints.
• Deliver training in Sales, Service, and Parts, personally or via partners.
• Oversee LMS, certification, compliance, and training effectiveness.

XPENG is entering an exciting stage of growth in Australia, and we are seeking an experienced ANZ National Training Manager to support the ANZ dealer network.

This key role is responsible for supporting the dealer network, building brand presence and ensuring XPENG delivers a premium customer experience across ANZ via training activities.

ROLE SUMMARY

The primary function of the ANZ National Training Manager is to support the dealer network with the right training – at the right time, in the right place, whilst building up the profile of the XPENG brand in the ANZ Region.

This includes but is not limited to: building the national training strategy covering all dealer and customer touch points (Sales, Service, Parts), as well as the implementation and delivery (either personally or via accredited partners).

• New Model Introduction Training (Sales/Technical and both via LMS and Face to Face)
• Dealer Sales & Product Training– building dealer confidence and capability to understand, demonstrate and sell XPENG products and technology
• Technical & Master Technician Training– EV/HV compliance and theL1, L2 and L3 certification pathwayto strengthen dealer technical capability.
• Parts, Warranty& Customer Support Training– supporting effective product issue resolution, FIFT processes.
• National LMS, certification, compliance and training effectiveness management.
• Preparation and management of the Training Guild program
• End to end training management of budgets, coordination, participation, reporting, KPIs and content scope and creation.
