Vacheron Constantin in Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Commercial Director who will report to the Brand Director, Oceania, to lead the commercial strategy and drive performance across local operations, merchandising, inventory, and retailer accounts.

You will partner with regional and global teams, optimize product assortments, manage stock and launches, and uphold premium client experience while pushing continuous improvement across the wholesale network.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Retail Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail, wholesale, or commercial operations.
• Experience in luxury goods sectors (watch/jewellery/fashion) preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven sales and operations performance.
• Advanced analytical skills; proficient in Excel, Power BI, SAP or similar systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and operational rigor.
• Autonomous, proactive, results-oriented mindset.
